The text of the message made reference to information on a "Turn-Key Business System" with an investment return of "$2000 to $6,000 per week - 6 to 10 weeks".
Investigation It was found that dial-up connection service originated in Saginaw MI.
A copy of the message was forwarded the provider PSINet, Inc.

The account used in this violation has been disabled PSINet, Inc..
